hey guys i currently hava r33 s1 rb25, i have 256 hp with the following mods front mount,ebc set to 10, pod filter and turbo back exhaust, i would like to make around 350 -370 hp and mayb 400 in the future im looking for a turbo which could meet my needs now and hav the capabaility for more power in the future with more mods. i was heading towards the gcg however its limited to around 360 ish hp. i would also prefer a turbo which is a direct bolt on sumthing which wont cost a fortune to get fitted. if anyone could help would be great with prices etc. ive been looking at the gt30rs aswell but not sure what else id need to get them fitted.

I have just bought a GT30r & waiting for it to be installed. But it requires a space place, braided Oil line & modify the water line & also the exhaust need to be altered abit but i guess it depends on the exhaust housing you choose!

sweet do u know roughly how much that will cost off the top of your head ? and is the gt30 internally gated ?

The GT30 will be noticeable less responsive than the smaller GCG item, hope you realise that

Yer there is maby $600 worth of pissing about with it! & it will be heaps laggyer than the GCG but im putting in cams & all that stuff!

And if i wasnt putting in all the supporting mods i would have went for a gcg highflow!

yes i know it will be laggier however im thinking about wat i want to do early next year which will be cams etc right now im looking at getting a turbo upgrade aswell as power fc,airflow meter,injectors and a fuel pump id like response however my goal for my car is 400hp

Full boost at 3500rpm doesnt scream unresponsive & laggy to me..........

on the street 1st, 2nd, 3rd where a car spends most of its life?

or loaded up in 4th on the dyno?

there is a MASSIVE difference between the two.
