Are Any Rim Bands For Jap Wheels Universal Between Makes?

Does anyone know if rim bands are shared through Japanese wheel makers? Like do any of the smaller companys such as Stich buy their bands from Work or SSR?

it's called the rim or wheel rim if you want to get specific.

I have NFI where you get band from mate, other than rubber band. rock band. etc.

as for whether one manufactured rim will fit anothers wheel. I doubt it, but you may get lucky with some brands. only real way to find out is look at some rims, size, spacing of holes, any lips on it where it meets the centre? etc.

Yeah I have seen a few designs where the hole/bolt pattern and lip style look VERY simular too each other.

try emailing or calling a large tyre shop that sell the jap brand rims like aussie tyres or one of those mobs....

Or even ask in the forsale section from the traders who deal in second hand rims from japan off yahoo auctions, they might have an idea.
