upgrading the cams in my opinion is a priority. You will increase the power band a great deal, decrease the rpm needed to get boost , decrease intake charge temps due to lower restriction at the valves and reduce the needed boost pressure to make the same power if you decide to limit/cap it at 400 or whatever.

You have some very expensive supporting mods. You don't build motors around this sort of power target without changing them (cams), thats what I call a half assed approach.

Why? Stock cams are quite good, i think i proved that quite easily, as have a number of others

RB26 stock cams are even better :whistling:

Nothing wrong with an N1 pump phee - that thread has a bit of rubbish in it.

You are driving a RWD car with 300rwkw, you'll be fine.

Have made 460rwkw on a stock headed rb25/30 combo, sure cams would net me maybe more or help the car be more pleasant and help mid range torque but they arent not a nessessity...

Oil cooler and remote filter, you buy them in kits and fit them up will drop oil temps at least 20c even on a hot day, this help engine life through better oil control on the bearing surfaces as the oil is usually more in its proper working range...
