What is the wait of these two exhaust systems?

In your opinion do you think the Titanium is worth the extra $$$

I'm looking at hooking it up to 3"Dump and front pipe and high flow cat.

they are loudish like any other jap-brand exhaust.. but just get the silencer for it, it will make it legal.
