LOL, i bumped into it at some japanese car tuning site? i forgot what it was.

maybe it's referring "rice" as in ricers tuning car

"Onigiri" or Riceball is Japanese street racer slang for police, if you come to Japan and see the police at a drift/drag/touge spot is a good idea to run around yelling ONIGIRI at the top of your voice.

The symbol on the right is a text replica of the police lights, it is often sent via SMS in red.

The full message is sent via a group list when someone spots the police coming.

It is basically just a reference to the fact people usually go to a convenience store after the cops bust things up and eat onigiri. I have seen some people with those stickers on their cars so I guess places are starting to sell them.

m(_ _)m To completely honest my post is a total lie... I need to get out more.

The thought of someone actually running around yelling "onigiri" at the top of their lungs was just too silly to resist.

The symbol is a face, but like all JDM text emoticons I have NFI what it means (0_o)

Anyway sorry, hopefully someone can give a sensible answer. :D
