Diy Rsm?

hey guys.. just bought myself an RSM and wondering if i could install it myself? would i need to tune anything? or if anyone can recommend any workshop NOR that could install it? im stayin in joondalup so hopefully theres a place nearby

lol i was waiting for you to ask this question after i saw u bought one off the fs section

when i got mine i was going to attempt doin this my self but think will be worth the 100 bux to get it installed professionally the same time i get my boost controller installed, any mistakes could end up showing incorrect figures ,

the xspeed website has a wiring diagram http://www.xspeed.com.au/manuals/rsm_instruction.pdf

but it looks confusing!

i am pretty sure i seen a diy thread for this but cant remember if it was on here on not, if i find it ill post it

hehe.. yea i think i rather pay 100 bux to get it installed professionally than playing around with it myself and may end up screwing some of the stuffs any recommendations of where i can bring it to? and how long it would take? im NOR..

Its piss easy, and is about 4 wires to hook up. Far from gene splicing.

DIY mate, and give it a whirl

Easy stuff..only 4 wires and impossible u would f*** up ur ecu

mate save yourself the money! u only learn things by doing them all you gotta do is tap into ur ecu wires, the ecu pinouts can be easily found on the net, rsm is even easier than avcr

easy as my friend 4 wires 5 if and a relay and leds if you want a shift light set up
