Oil Use And Rough Idle Stalls

hi everyone.,

I recently purchased a turbo (vg30) with garrett internals highflowed and installed it on my car. when up to temperature it runs perfectly under boost and load. however some mornings, not all, it idles at around 500rpm and then the idle up comes on and sets it to 1000 or whatever when its cold. this has only happened since change of turbo. any ideas.

Also oil consumption has gone down but its still there definatly. it cant be a dodgy piston as its running so smooth. is it likely to be a blocked up 1 way valve somewhere? i did clean out the intercooler. the oil is still coming out the blow off valve.
