i believe ingell had the pass made (was up the inside enough) and lowndes didnt yield, hence him going straight through and he copped the blacky for not yielding the place in time. i hate lowndes so it doesnt bother me, ever since he left holden caus 'skaife stole his engineer" i've hated him
