Selling Cars, How Many Can You Sell (vic)

someone told me you can only sell 4 cars before you have to get a license for selling them?

its hard to google this subject because im not sure of the correct wording or where to go to apply for one, im looking at selling local cars not imports at this stage.

how much does the license cost? how much tax per car roughly speaking?

if anyone knows anything about it please let me know.
