Experience On Front Upper Control Arms

hey guys my front control arm moves and is changing its camber??? does that sound right,

its a bush i had it up in the air and it moved when u wobbled it, so its constanlty changing the wheel allignment, and im guessing pushing it to the left,

does this all sound right?
