Put your hands in the air people! Summadayze is gearing up to rock the nation’s dance faithful once again this summer.. Having established a reputation as the country’s finest, favourite and most infamous party, Summadayze is more than an event – it’s an iconic institution.

Summadayze 2007 features another all-star lineup:

Summadayze is a non-stop musical, cultural, and aural experience of epic and inimitable proportions. In 2006, 8,000 people partied amongst the greenery of the Supreme Court Gardens, across multiple arenas, and it’s all set to happen again with a big day of sun, fun and beautiful people. Combining an awe-inspiring mixture of jaw-dropping international DJ’s, world-class decor, and the freshest uber-cool sounds and beats that the planet has to offer.

BOB SINCLAR (France)

King of the disco dance floor, Bob Sinclar’s electronique super-production has refined nostalgia into sensuous homage on such floor-fillers as the glittering ‘I Feel For You’ and ‘The Beat Goes On’. In 2005 he scored a hit with the single ‘Love Generation’ which reached No. 1 on the Australian ARIA Singles Charts and was a huge hit throughout Europe. Sinclar’s sets swerve from classic to rare to cutting-edge seduction. Retro-fabulous, breathless feel-good music, take heed from his motto ‘And you must make dance ze people’.

MYLO – DJ Set (UK)

His benchmark debut ‘Destroy Rock & Roll’ which is now almost platinum in the UK alone spawned four top 20 singles and became an instant classic. Blending 80’s synth-pop with new and techy sounds created a winning formula for the Scottish whiz kid, who is universally considered one of the hottest producers around. Also running the Breastfed label with Linus Loves, he now has a large number of DJ performances at the best gigs across the globe under his belt. Watch him drop the pressure on Summadayze 07.

MARTIN SOLVEIG (FRANCE)

This Parisian superstar understands how to get you dancing! His growing hit list includes ‘Everybody’, ‘Rocking Music’, ‘Jealousy’, ‘I’m a Good Man’, ‘Madan’ and ‘Heart Of Africa’. From Africanism to disco nouveau to electro house, Martin is always looking for new influences to explore. Album ‘Hedonist’ has seen his sound evolve into an electronic take on rock, disco and soul with intoxicating rhythms and powerful vocals. Lose yourself and work up a sweat to Solveig’s addictive party beats.

DARREN EMERSON (UK)

Darren Emerson began to explore House Music at an early age and quickly acquired a reputation as one of the top British DJ’s. In 1990, he became the third member of techno band Underworld & in 1993 dubnobasswithmyheadman was their commercial breakthrough onto the then burgeoning British electronica scene, after which Emerson also emerged as a much sought-after remix talent. Darren parted ways with Underworld in 2000 to concentrate on his now highly successful solo career as a DJ.

AXWELL (Sweden)

Axwell has completed the first release for his new label Axtone Records. The collaboration with fellow Swede Sebastian Ingrosso is aptly titled “Together” and has already received massive support from Pete Tong, Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, Steve Angello & Eric Prydz. These boys have helped mould the new House scene, “Sweden is really buzzing now, and it’s an exciting time” says Axwell. This buzz is spilling over from Scandinavia and seeping its way into every dancefloor you’re in. It’s everywhere, including Summadayze 2007!

HYBRID LIVE (UK)

They’ve supported Moby on tour, played at the top of Mount Fuji and blown punters away at the 2006 Coachella festival. Originally championed by Sasha, Hybrid have built up a substantial fan base with their experimental sound that fuses breaks and progressive house. After albums ‘Wide Angle’, ‘Morning Sci-Fi’ and over 40 remixes they continue to challenge their audience with mesmerising soundscapes, sophisticated production and surprising collaborations. With their much anticipated album ‘I Choose Noise’ out now, Hybrid live won’t fail to impress!

SWITCH (UK)

One of the hottest names in dance music this year, Switch’s cheeky approach to production has built him a healthy reputation as a consistently fresh, risk-taking producer, delivering quality cuts with elements of techno, house, old school funk, and a large measure of what you could call nu-speed-garage. His tracks ‘Get Ya Dub On’, ‘A Bit Patchy’ and ‘Front To Back’ were instant club hits. Switch is also becoming one of the most in demand remixers with versions for Basement Jaxx, Spank Rock, M.I.A, Hot Chip, The Chemical Brothers and more under his belt. Got my ticket along with a few mates last week.

Love the judge.... gonna be crazy fun.

Iv got work on the tuesday too so ill be dead for the week but it will be worth it.
