I see the dyno run was done in 3rd. I'm not sure if this affects peak power (probably will), but it certainly changes the shape of the curve and makes it inaccurate to compare with other dyno graphs done in in final drive ratio (4th gear).

yer that is pretty low man, my car on dyno dynamics made 207rwkw at 11psi and it onli has filters and trbo back exhaust, alot of dynos read different out there, get it dynoed sumwer else and see what it makes and try find a 4wd dyno bcause it just shows different reading with rwd, now with an apexi power fc and greddy cam gears with timing belt added to my car, it is making 235.2 kw at 4 wheels and i dont have a boost control in it, it is spiking anywhere from 7to 13psi,and that was at protek automotive on a 4wd i got it dynoed at like 1month ago or sumfn

yeh plus they run it in 3rd gear which i was thinking wasnt right.... time will tell when i get her re-tuned and dynod....comon 340awkw
