Ms Air Flow Resetter

hey i just got my r33 today from the compliance place and it has a controller in it called and MS AFR air flow resetter in it, looks like some sort of boost control i think? did a search, and googled but nothing came up, anyone able to shed any light into what it actually is?

Just bumpiung this back up with a pic of it, still noone seems to know what it is. my guess is that it changes something to do with the airflow meter, the dial of adjustment ranges from -10% to +10% it its set to high the car wont boost, some settings it wont idle properly and others it seems to have a big flat spot after around 3500rpm...

if anyone knows what it is or know where it should roughly be set let me know

sounds like it may be similar to the early AFC, which controls the signal from the afm to the ecu, so you can adjust the AFRs. but it does it across the whole rev range, so you either lean out or richen up the whole rev range. the new ones let you adjust it at different rpms.

As per Paul’s comment, Id say it trims the output from your AFM, so you can effectively wind some of the fuel out of it... put there by the ECU going R&R when your mods caused it to pull more air.
