604R32
where can you buy these plastic razor blades? chrissso
Try a product called De-Solve It. It is a citrus smelling product which will actually desolve the sticker. I doubt it would damage your paint, but it would probably be worth checking first. That's what I was on about!! De-solve it. Works well on sticky crap. Shaneomac
Hi guys, this is the story i dont like the stickers they came with the car. Its a clear sticker looks like a expensive one, each corner is so tight its not funny. I've used.Heatgun, wax & grease remover, and turps nothing works. Nothing has happened to the paint yet but im not got to respray a whole guard over one sticker. There has to be a product on the market which can eat this away. No way can it come off like a normal sticker. I've added the picture cause now, ive made it look like shit lol and need to take it off completly. Please let me know anything, but im not using anything that could harm my paint. and please only tell me on your experience not just a theory you heard off someone lol. Anyway i hope you guys can help me out. Thanks i do this crap every week at work and prepsol and a heat gun always works the best ... have fun Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/141408-sticker-removalworst-sticker-in-my-lifeneed-help-asap/page/2/#findComment-2652014 Share on other sites

Aif
go to a auto paint shop (dont go to supercheap or autobarn) ask them for a "caramal wheel" i got rid or stickers off the side of my last car in about 20 mins, a sticker that size should come off in about 1-2 min. its a softrubber wheel that you attach to your drill so when u runn the wheel over your sticker it peels of the plastic coat and glue without marking the painted surface. cost about 15 buck and is very effective. good luck Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/141408-sticker-removalworst-sticker-in-my-lifeneed-help-asap/page/2/#findComment-2673868 Share on other sites
KURAUN
Yeh what he said but just make sure that the wheel is not solid and has cut outs through it. The solid 1 will burn your paint off Nick Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/141408-sticker-removalworst-sticker-in-my-lifeneed-help-asap/page/2/#findComment-2675668 Share on other sites

Dragonforce
Yeah man cut and polish should fix that easy, but try using some of those little 'magic eraser' sponges from a hardware show/supermarket first they are like a solid white foam block which get rid of glue residue pretty easy and wont screw up your paint. Good luck Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/141408-sticker-removalworst-sticker-in-my-lifeneed-help-asap/page/2/#findComment-3185895 Share on other sites

ExodusDesign
get something like this. http://products3.3m.com/catalog/us/en001/a...ler/output_html i use these heaps to get off old double sided tape or old stickers 10-20 years old. just use it on a drill. its rubbery/plastic, and it wont affect your paint, just dont sit it on the same spot for 20 minutes heh you can definately get them from most sign places like "supply 1" at morningside. i cant seem to find it on their website though.
