willowbank drag day????

who would be up for a meetup/drag day at willowbank in mid to late may??? costs like $30 to race and admission for 2 ppl......let me know your thoughts and see what we can come up with???? cheers guys Jon

Might be interested if the budget allows (I have a few large bills coming up). Might actually take the 'line down this time, the bike's been down the last two trips in a row I may also be able to convince a mate or two to come along (including one with a MkII Supra with 2J in it )

I'd also suggest that you go a Wednesday night. I know a few people who went last night (good friday) and only got 1 run in and waited 1 hour and 30 to do that. Others weren't allowed to race cause there were too many people.

Wednesday nights are good. If you get out there early enough, you can get in about 3 runs before everyone else turns up.

yeah but good friday is always bad... normal test and tunes etc are usually good.... plus the thing that i and alot of other ppl who work and/or have to trave wont be able to make it on a wed.... i finished work one wed went and raced my cordia and by the time i got home it was nearly 1 am.....so if it happens to be on a wed that counts me out and prolly a few others......
