Just wondering, are the 35-series Stageas ready for compliancing & registering in Australia now? This SEVS thingie is just making me very confused.

Or is that Stagea AR-X a personal import?

according to that link they are needing a "volunteer" m35 stagea to sort out the compliancing. first in gets free compliance (although it would likely take longer) as they find out what it needs. Good deal for anyone interested.

as far as i know it shares its engine (and gearbox?) with the 350z so parts in australia should in theory be available. body panels etc. would still need importing as with our current stageas so nothing we dont already live with.

that particular car has been for sale for over 2 years now started at 50 grand and has been slowly coming down in price. there are at least 5 threads in here that i know of on the same car. It is a personal import but at least one complaince workshop has a test car in the works
