Would it be possible to do this with a ER34 GTT 2 Dr that has a BCNR33 RB26DETT swap? Right now I have no power steering, no A/C, check engine light and TCS light stays on. I'm having compaibility issues... I 'hacked' my Apexi PFC (originally for 1998 GTT RB25DET(NEO)) to work for the R33 RB26DETT so I lost a few things. Does anyone know how difficult it would be to install the Nismo MFD with the setup I currently have? I know... I have a mess to deal with. I should probably stop being cheap and get a cpu to suite the RB26DETT.

Nismo MFD from Nengun or Greenline are just upgraded replacement boards for the standard MFD, you will still need a complete MFD to start with.

The MFDs work just like any boost/oil temp/water temp type gauge ,they just need wiring up.

They do not need a 34R harness, although this makes very much easier (plug and play)

You will just need to go thru and hook up all needed sensors, wiring diagram info is in previous post links.

could u use like greddy sensors with out the gauge and hook it into the mfd?

also any pics of this would be awsome as im looking at doing it, if i find one soon.

Here's a good guide for transplanting the MFD into an ER34.

Stock sensors are used in most cases i've seen.

I would like to do this to my r34 gtt dose anybody know where i can get one of these from.

greenline.co.jp (its on their website)

rhdjapan.com (email them and ask.. they can probably get it cheap or find you a used one if you want to go that route)

takakaira.com (probably more expensive here)

New from Nissan for about $2K, or second hand i've seen them up to $1.4K.

Most online shops list the Nismo MFD upgrade boards(~$900), which replaces 2 main boards on the MFD... hence you will still need the rest of the MFD.
