I know that this might come as a surprise to most people so you might want to sit down before you read any further........ If you drive an import you will get picked on particularly if it is modified. (Shock horror I know) I would imagine almost everyone on this forum would have found this out the hard way, I sure did. The answer? Just keep your car legal or mods very well hidden, unless you like the constant trips to vic roads and the Mcleod EPA test centre.

One more note, the epa guys are not stupid. They know more about cars than any vic roads drongo i have met. You will find it very difficult to pull the wool over their eyes.
