New Turbo

Hey guys,

Quick qustion as I know nothing about turbos...

I want a new turbo that is suitable for the street ie not a lag monster...the car doesn't need too much power, am after about 220-240rwkw.

So since i know nothing about compressor housing sizes etc I was wondering if a turbo with the same specs as this would be alright on a highmount manifold for what I want:

sorry champ your thread dosen't even warrant a response. you have not even said what type of engine.

honestly, there are over 10,000 posts on what to get. just do a search

do a search for a high flow or gcg high flow and steer clear of ebay turbos

mate have a look in the topic...rb20det...I have done a search and come up with a few different results so was just after opinions...I am not after a drag or circut car just something with a bit of a punch...

The different turbos used are listed but I want to know if the specs of the one I listed are any good...

Cheers mate...wasn't interested in buying this one was just curious whether the specs of it would be acceptable...I was looking at a hi-flowed but for the $1800 or whatever they are it isn't worth it for me am looking for something a bit cheaper

have a look for a member on here called SLIDE. he sells hi flows under 1k with only minimal modification needed to fit them.

The HKS GT2530 is an absolutely perfect street and all round turbo on an rb20 IMO.
