i'm kind of over the rainbow blend. drunk it to death now i think. I like the world executive blend now badged as W.E.B. I also quite fond of the wonda shot & shot and the Wonda 69. emerald mountian blend it ok too. to be honest they are all pretty much the same shit.

Yesterday would be close to a perfect day in Japan for me.

Woke up after a good nights sleep in the Hilton, headed down to the awesome breakfast they put on. ate too much. then headed to Osaka-jo and spent half a day wandering around the castle (amazing grounds, moats etc). Then on the way out stopped for some Takoyaki which was awesome, the best I've had ever. Couldn't finish it so gave half to the homeless dude sitting near us and he was stoked. Went back to the hotel for a little rest, then headed to Dontonbori in Osaka near Sinsaibashi. Wandered around a bit, then grabbed a Tonkatsu Curry (level 5 spice, nearly killed me!) and a coupld of beers at my favourite Katsu chain. wandered around a bit more, and then found my holy grail, a place that sold PS3 without a giant mark-up due to all the first release being sold. So I bought my PS3 and a copy of Ridge Racer 7. Taxi back to the hotel. Plug it in, have a quick go. Then it's now 9pm and time to head down to the lobby as a friend is picking me up. We head out to minoo to check out some togue action. It's fairly quiet, but enough to entertain me. Then off to Nanko. Some drift going on there, and a few people in the gallery watching. Stay there until the cops arrive and we bail in a hurry. Then back home for a quick bit of PS3, then bed. Like I said, very close to the perfect day in Japan. :P

Yep, PS3 is awesome. Lugging it around is not so cool though. The thing weighs 10kgs!

I'm at Kansai airport now. So will be back in Sydney tomorrow and will post some pics tomorrow night.

yeah for sure thanks again. It certainly kept me entertained. and minoo was great too.

Just about to get into my PS3. I only jumped on-line to make sure that feeding it 240V wouldn't blow it as it was desgined for 100-110V. Turns out it wont be a problem thank god.

and yes, will do the pic uploading tomorrow. been a bit busy with ummm *cough. well PS3 has just stolen 3 hours of my life. On the up side I can report Ridge Racer 7 is great fun. very addictive. time to move on to Resistance now, or maybe some Ridge Racer on-line... hmmmm.

Richard you lucky bastard, I just went through the whole thread and you have again managed to make me green with envy. It was hard enough reading about your adventures on the GTIROZ forums.

haha, dont hate on the Baron. I will be eating instant ramen for a a year now after the $$$ I've spent! and the sad part is I'll be back in January which is only like 6 weeks away!

What can I say? I love Japan. Over the years made lots of good friends there. and had plenty of fun, and done plenty of liver damage. Yes It is constantly trying to send me broke... but it's worth it.
