Avcr Boost Issue

was driving on high boost the other day and decided to punch it a little bit. all of a sudden the car sort of jolted a little bit. now the car is stuck on high boost. i had a look at the settings on the avcr and it was registering low as high, so i changed it back down, however i didnt want to mess around with the duty cycle on it. but still its stuck on high boost.

anyone had similar issues or got any ideas, cause i am eating petrol!!!!

check if all the lines are still hooked off...nothing blew off from the sudden burst or anything silly like that.

If not, record your duty cycle and boost settings and reset it and start from scratch.

Yeah I have a AVCR on my 32. It has done that with me before. I recommend lowering the duty until say 3rd gear up as it does help. I got the same jolt feeling you described just yesterday. I would in your situation record your current boost duties, lower it to a minimum and then go back to what you want the boost to be.

yeah it seems to be doing at a lot more frequent rate now as opposed to what it used to be doing.

what is this jolting caused by???
