Exhaust Manifolds

Guys just looking for suggestions as to what exhaust manifold is best for my rb30det going in to a vl.

Now I know you can't use a RB30 but which one between a 25 or 20 should I go for.Or do you suggest an aftermarket.

the 20 and 25 manifolds are the same and will support power up to 250rwkw. some even say 300rwkw.

if you are aiming above and beond that get a decent one like the ones GCG sell. don't get a nasty china copy manifold the stainless quality is pretty low and they go purple and crack!

Really depends what sort of turbo you plan to run
