R32 Headlight Switch

Hi Guys,

I need a new headlight switch for my R32 GTR. I have the rather common problem of the left headlight not working. Parkers work but neither low or high beams come on. The mechanic has done his best to fix the wiring and it worked for a couple of days but has stopped again and he told me the headlight switch needs to be replaced.

I rang up nissan parts and they quoted me $275 for a new one. I've seen prices quoted on here at around $200 so I'm not sure if that's places in Brisbane or not. I would like to try and get one (preferably new) from somewhere else if it's any cheaper, anyone knows where I could get one from? I might try some wreckers but I'm afraid of ending up with a 2nd hand switch that's no better than the one I got.

im sure you can get the whole cluster casing surround ie, hazard button, factory radio control, wiper controls. for less than 100 bucks, if that.
