HEY GUY THIS IS THE PROBLEM I HAVE, I HAVE A RB20DET ONEVIA I JUST HAD A NEW SET OF DENSO 550CC INJECTORS PUT IN AND MY ECU REMAPED TO SUIT BUT NOW ITS TRYING TO START BUT JUST WONT TURN OVER FOR SOME REASON :whistling: . IVE CHECKED FUSES, WIRING, FUEL PUMP, FUEL REG, ANYTHINGS ELSE I SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR?

ANY IDEAS PLEASE

pull the spark plugs out and make sure you haven't got a leaky injector causing it to hydro lock

edit. thought you said it wouldn't crank? still worth looking at the plugs for fouling

The tune hasn't been adjusted for starting.

$20 says it needs adjusting to start. The fuel map may have been altered, but the problem you are having is the cranking pulsewidth.

What was your old injector size, and what's the new injector size?

Adjust your tune, for start up pulsewidth only, take the MS injector pulsewidth and multiply it by 0.49

This is the new number you should now enter.

If this doesn't start the car, revert to old number (Write the old number down)

I don't know what ECU you're running, so I can't even attempt to offer you some advice on how to alter it.

Please turn your caps lock off. :whistling:

Have you had the stock injectors flowed to know they are 270cc? You will find they are actually 260cc's.

Has injector lag correction also been applied?

Check for vacuum leaks, ensure the carbon canister has been hooked up as that can produce quite a nasty vac leak.

A decent vac leak will cause it to run lean, be very difficult to start and once started it will stall.
