Window Stains

hey guys. i was readnig a thread about window stains which look like liquid/water i derno. but its all over my windows. there was a product someone said to use which would take it off?

ive tried wax but it seems pretty stained in and doesnt do anything.

im sure other people would have it too as i looked at other imports and most have the same thing!

oh and something to take off really old double sided tape stain which was on my rear windsheild for tv antennas when it was in japan lol

Watermark can be hard/impossible to remove.

I have used Auto Glym glass polish before for small marks and it seems to work well.

cut/polish cream will get the marks off.

then add a FEW DROPS of alcohol to the wash bottle..this will help keep the window streak free.

any particular brand?. noob question: do i use the cut/polish cream the same as wax?. wax on (circular motion) and off lol

watermarks is on the outside by the looks of it & tape thingo is deffinantly outside

If it's on the outside, have a go at it with some metho

anything with wax in it is only going to add more crud to the windows.

no not wax... cut 'n' polish shit will do the trick... any old cheap one as well no need to get brand stuff.. circular motion is fine but don't worry too much... you WILL need a lot of elbow grease.

Done the whole car before. You need a special pink glass polishing paste available from most good hardware stores and some very fine grade steel wool. Easy done. Easy peasy.
