Hey,

Seem to have a problem with my car and it liking to stall, heres a bit of info on it might make it easier to diagnose..

It will stall at 100km+, Also stalls going around roundabouts slowly and studders also just cruising streets :P .

Now the car has been tuned(stock ecu remaped) by DrDrift(175rwkw) and has had a new Bosch fuel pump put in also an rb25 afm(both installed at the time of Tune by DrDrift)

Problems have occured after getting the ecu remaped, which has really annoyed me as i want from a Super-Reliable car i took to the snow with to now a car that barely drives

Got told that it could be the pod-filter leaning back and kinking the intake-pipe so i created a brace to hold it up.. Still no go(actually stalled more often trust my luck)

Eager to actually be able to DRIVE(slide too :) ) getting on my nerves that its in and out of workshops..

given the fact that it went into a workshop ifne, i would say the problems are most likely

- air leak somewhere

- dirty or faulty AFM

if i were you i would do the following

- check that the AFM is plugged in properly

- take off the pod and spray some contact cleaner / brake cleaner into the AFM to give it a clean

- check all hoses near that area and tighten them all up (including bov return hose)

if you still have a problem than maybe get a spray bottle and put heaps of dishwashing liquid in it with some water and spray it on the hoses and look for bubbles (sign of an air leak)

if that's still no go, then think of things that may have just gone wrong as a coincidence

- fuel filter dirty / blocked?

- AAC valve needs a clean?

best of luck,

Warren

If the problems only started after the ECU was re-mapped, then put the original chip back, and see if it still has problems. If you don't then have problems, then Dr Drift owes you a proper tune.
