John, I'm amazed at your absolutely care-free attitude to this event. If someone followed me, I would pull over only in a very public place if at all. And one day you will chase the wrong dude and he will get out of the car and A. Throttle you. B. Throttle you and take your car. Or C. He will be your favourite off-duty cop and he will throttle you and throw you in jail.

Your actions only perpetuate the road-rage phenomena. Yes, there are fools on the road, but two wrongs don't make a right.

Be the bigger man and let it slide.

Thats it hey. Its the 'unknown' factor. You dont know what is in their car, what they are on, why they cut you off, who they are etc. He could have just robbed a bank, killed the guard and not give a rats if your the next victim.

Seriously dude, say on your average 30min trip, you could let 5 cars in, the MAXIUM that is going to add to your trip is 1min if its heavy traffic.

But in regards to the keying thing, I hope the barstards get real bad hurt, by say an angry bull shark or something. Keying reallly gets on my nerves, if they push hard enough its got to be the hardest thing to fix up properly.

That scratch looks very deep, buffing it might reduce it a bit however you may need to get it resprayed

yeah it is deep and yeah think your right... wonder if it would be cheaper to replace the bonnet.. probably not hey. i might go and look in the "good places to take your car" sticky thread to see if there are any recommended shops who do respraying

0_o that sucks balls man.. I dunno what it is about skylines but it always seams to attract wanker's attention.... Is it the fact that we could beat them in a race ? or maybe the fact we had enough money to buy a car that isnt falling appart around us ? or maybe the fact that we were smart enough wid our money to actuelly save up for something nice 0_o

This will never be answered but the fact is there will always be retards on our roads and streets and theres nothing we can do... Thats why god created carmagedon... ^^

I get the same shit in our BMW. Everyone cuts you off, tries to race, etc... These people have a very small penis :)

wats with ppl baging out this area for F$%K sake, iv lived in woodridge for the past 12 yrs

an not one thing has happend, my car gets left out side, hardly ever under cover, windows down

sometimes. ECT........ woodrige is no different to any other area.

Some people just hold onto the past like it was only yesterday. You know what is funny, Southport / Surfers paradise have the highest rate of automobile break ins and theft in Qld, yet you rarely hear anybody say anything bad about those suburbs.

      Uncle Duncan Yeap, FI Interchiller  Works well, normal IAT's cruising with the WTA only went from 50°c+ to 25-30°c with the interchiller  Before, when on it hard, the IAT would see 80-90°c, now, the highest has been was around 38°c IIRC IAT is measured under the blower hat I recommend it for the street or strip where your only on it hard for 10 or so seconds, but it wouldn't be efficient for sustained track use as it would heat soak from the AC turning off or whatever it does during WOT to protect the compressor It really needs the AC running for it to not heat soak and keep the WTA coolant chilled My WTA coolant temps when just cruising is around 2°c

      I've been pondering this, I really enjoy the convertible thing, for me, it's like riding a motorbike, without all the issue of riding a motorbike, mainly, my old sore arthritic joints getting beaten up, and, being able to do it in shorts and a T-shirt and not needing a helmet and all the other gear required, especially like wearing jackets and pants in the summer, or needing 6 layers of cloths in the winter, or not having wet weather gear handy when your 100km away from home on the bike when it decides to start raining As for the hard top and its Coupe look, whilst I do lose all that open top feeling that I really enjoy, from my experience with the NB with a detachable hard top, the cabin is a much nicer place to be, the difference in noise for one, a hard top quietens down the interior, alot, with the soft top up or down it's pretty noisy, which, after 5 or so hours, can get tiring But, as you stated, the detachable hard top totally changes the look of the car, in a really good way, and for me, the look of a detachable hard top is so much better than the PRHT which looks more like a after thought with its weird bulbous rear roof line For me, the minimal effort of putting in on, or storing it after removing it, is well worth the time and effort for the look alone And yes, I'm sure the next owner will be grateful for it as well.......
