Cams Affiliated Forum?

anyone has got CAMS lisence? how do you get those? what forums are CAMS affiliated in W.A?

I have my CAMS licence and as per garys post you need to be a member of a CAMS affiliated car club like the wascc.

I also have my CAMS - I joined All Fours and Rotaries car club for the affliated club. I think it was only $30 to join or something. WA Sporting Car club (WASCC) is alot more, but you get alot more from them as well.

WASCC gets you on the track on test and tune days,no other does so thats the way to go.

You can get the forms by downloading them from www.cams.com.au

If you join the wascc you will get free entry to most events (V8's included), access to practice days, a quarterly mag & other good stuff.

i'm a member of both AFARCC and WASCC...

Both are CAMS affiliated, so you can get your CAMS license through them...

Both run wanneroo track days, but the AFARCC ones cost about $100 each and happen twice a year, while the WASCC ones happen about 4 times a month and cost about 40 bucks a day (it helps that the WASCC own the track )

WASCC membership also gets you into all the race meetings, including the V8 Supercars and the SuperTrucks and all WASCC run drift events...

AFARCC membership gets you cheap entry into our AHG skidpan days, our Wanneroo track days and our Collie days, plus invites to our cruises and social events (like the pub crawls we run once or twice a year)
