Aftermarket Coilovers Attachment

don't know if this is a stupid question.

but ive seen pictures of a few aftermarket coil overs like hks, with the front coil overs the bottom attachment is like a circle, the same as the back whereas other coilovers they have standard attacment with two bolts.

do you need a special attachment?

or do they just bolt into either the top or bottom hole?

yeah to show the two different front coilovers

One is for cars with wishbone suspension (bottom eye let) the others are for cars running Macpherson struts (ie Silvias etc)
