R33 headlight Cover

Hi R33 owners, the inside of my headlight covers, more the l/h one, is "misting" up on the inside and needs a good polish. My question....are they removed by unclipping the metal clips, are they glued on?? any advice greatly appreciated..

Yep ive done this b4, just pop all clips off, there is one tiny screw u have 2 undo near the corner lights, then just use a hair dryer or heat gun on low to just heat the black elastic sealant while you are gently prizing the unit apart ..
