ive decided to change my exhaust manifold to a stainless jobby but not sure which way to go. can anyone give me the pros and cons of hi mount compared to a low mount and visa versa. ive done a search and couldnt find anything that helped me

There will be no point in changing the manifold for just an RB25 hi-flow turbo

plenty of people (well, just about most people) get great results with the stock items.

Plus it looks factory.

IMO - spend the money elsewhere, there is far better bang for your buck
