Taking Off Center Rim Cap (stock Rims)

I don't know what it's called, it's the plastic part in the center of the rim on the stock rims, i want to take it off to respray it cause it's losing colour, i can twist it, but i don't know how to make it come out.

You might have to remove the rim and gently punch it out from the inner side of the rim.

i'm pretty sure you just squeeze the sides.

I finally got them of just now, any idea what kind of spray paint i can use? also do i have to use primer or anythng like that?, and would i need to take of the current paint off before applying the new one?

Not sure about r33 but most are the same..Just grip it firmly and pull on it. If that fails then like blind elk said just remove the wheel and tap it out from the inside. To paint make sure its free of loose/flaking paint, and smooth...if you like you can use a plastic primer but im sure if the surface is smooth you can just give it a hit with a can of paint. Any decent spray paint will do the job.
