does the motor definitely work and how do you actually get it out? My passenger side stopped working a while back so i presume its the motor!

Yep definately works, hence 'perfect working order'. Do a search on this forum and you'll eventually come across removal/fitting instructions.

I'll let you have it for $50 delivered, because it's christmas and I'm feeling generous. PM me if you're really interested.
