Well Shaddy got his money back, so appart from a major disappointment (which i also share) there is no other issue/wrong doing.

The guy probably had his car for sale for months, thought that he may be better off returning it to stock and selling off the parts separately. Just as "Murphy's law" would dictate, someone decided to buy it "as is". Yes it SUCKS; but good luck to him for selling his car.
