R32 11psi Peak ?

my R32 is as far as i know stock bar 3" kakimot cat back and an apexi pod filter, still has stock intake pipe and dump/front pipe. no other mods relating to engine. my turbo timer shows a peak boost of .82 cm hg which i have worked out to be around 11psi ? does this sound normal ? i thought stock boost in a 32 was like 8psi ?

stock r32 actuator is 10psi.

stock is 6psi :S.

when mine come over from japland i was told mine was stock but when i put a boost gauge on it showed it was boosting to 10.5-11psi.
