IM LOOKING AT GETTING A DIFFERNT ECU FOR MY RIDE, AND HAVE SEEN A R32 M-TYPE ECU SUPOSEIDLY TUNED IN JAP LAND, JUST WONDERING IF THERE IS ANY DIFFERANCE BETWEEN MY STANDARD ECU AND THIS M-TYPE. IT IS SUPOSEDLY TUNED FOR 1 BAR OF BOOST, FRONT MOUNT, EXHAUST, GTR INJECTORS AND HAS OPTIMISED FUEL MAPS AND SPEED LIMITER REMOVED. GOOD FOR 200KW+

IS THIS ECU OF ANY USE TO ME? :P

the ecu will be the same. as for the remap, it would be best to go to a dyno, then put the ecu in and stick it on the dyno and check the afr's. if they aren't right you could always get a new chip made up to suit your car.

yeah that would make sence hey, but all i would need is gtr injectors and an r33 turbz to pump the boost up to 1 bar and i would have the same mods listed. and there only askin $170 for the ecu......

do use know how much a re-map would cost 4 my ecu?

and who dose that sort of work?

I've been quoted around the $800 mark for a re-map.
