Cruise Control

I desperatly need cruise control for my r33. Can anyone recommend a decent brand or something?? Thanks

FWIW I have had an Auscruise AP4400 fitted to a R33 GTR.

Works fine, factory style fit onto the steering wheel with electric actuator.

Not cheap but no room in a GTR for additional vac receiver for a cheaper vacuum style.

And I know "cruise on a GTR" but it helps with the speed camera fines as the detector is not so good on multanova cameras in WA.

I use the Commader AP400 suits me fine and YES no radar fines since.

I have a Rostra kit fitted to mine, they do alot of the OEM cruise controls. It looks factory & works a treat!

I have fitted quite a few command systems too customers cars, they work quite well. Some are plug and play, others you have to fit magnets to the tailshaft to produce a signal for the cruise to read from.

Yep, thats the unit I have been fitting.

Works really well. Takes a little while to install tho on your first time

i had the the very same unit fitted to a falcon i owned once and the cruise control worked great , i pulled it off the car when i sold it and have it in the shed will get around to fitting into the skyline one day ...from memory if fitted to a manual u need a optional switch fitted so when you change gears it doesent over rev the motor when the clutch is pushed in
