R33 Gtst Stiff Gears

My mates r33 gearbox is becoming harder and harder to shift. the clutch pedal fells fine but it doesnt shift easy, and with the clutch in and in 1st gear the car rolls. i was thinking either the slave cylinder or ajusting the clutch. but he's had some mechanic look at it and they just bleeded the slave and nothing really changed. If theres anything else any help would be great.

does it drive by its self when the cluch is in and car is ingear??

does it grind into gear or just stiff??

it could be that the pivot bolt in the clutch is broken. a guy i know had the head of the bolt brake off and it was getting harder and harder to shift and that was the cause.

i have the exact same problem with my rb20 gearbox with exedy 5 puk clutch it rolls when clutch depressed in 1st and gears get stuck in and stiff....i have had a brand new master cylinder slave cyliunder and even got a braided clutch line and still nothing changed...i think my problem is the clutch is just a cheapo exedy copy not a genuine one.

waldo did you adjust the pedal under the dash to give you a higher disengage point?

otherwise it may be that your clutch fork is bent.

yeah i adjusted the pedal bigtime it works right up high but still the same...maybe it is bent it doesnt feel as if the pivot bolt is snapped though cos the fork isnt loose
