connection of BOV

Just wanted to know were the best place to connect your aftermarket BOV with new piping and block of the original outlet?? i currently have an apexi dual chamber and i think there is a leak as the adaptor is not an original apexi adaptor its currently mounted on the original outlet anyone have any recommendations on what i should do should i block it off and get a piping kit?? can ya supply photos of how ppl have done this?? without decreasing in performance.

my hks ssq is mounted on the smooth pipe just before the crossover pipe to the throttle body (if you know what i mean)

no probs at all. made a plate to go under the oe bov to block it off.
