What Do You Need To Mod To Fit Rb25 Gearbox Into R32

I know that the yoke is different, so you would need to cut and weld it on to the r32 prop shaft? would you need to shorten it also?

Also is there any why of telling if the rb25 gearbox is from a turbo engine or a NA one?

I am about to do this same conversion. (RB25 box into an R32 fitted with a rb30 block) Any info would be appreciated. I know the cross member needs to be replaced, and the tail shaft needs changing, and the speedo connection is different.

Does any one know if you can use an off the shelf part for the tail shaft or will it nee to be custom? What about the speedo wiring. Has anyone got specs for this?

Can you replace the whole prop shaft with a R33 item? or are the length different?

u have to cut the tail shaft i did mine on a r34 with rb26 with rb25det box i cut the r33 tail shaft by 80mm n fits good not shore about r32 hope this helps a bit i aslo need help with speedo??
