Injectors Not Operating / Crank Angle Sensor?

Hey Guys,

As you may or may not know, I was having trouble getting a spark from my newly rebuild rb26. Well, the spark is still missing but I think it might be a problem with the ecu or the cas.

First of all, when I crank the engine or turn the cas by hand, the injectors are not operating. I heard that the cas usely is not the problem. Im gonna try to open the cas tonight and see if the shaft isnt cut in half like another one Ive seen on this forum. Also gonna do these test starting on page EN-184 (Skyline Bible) ends on En-187. O.k let say I do the `Injector control Signal`Test on page En-185, and get the battery voltage when the key is on, would that mean that my ecu is working correctly?

What else should I check first? Already changed the ignition module, But still getting no spark?
