yeah well ill have to wai until febuary to find more exact details

but it makes it much worse that it happens two days before my birthday

even if it was delayed 2 days, youd have to get it on the dot of your birthday, so id be booking the test right now.

And chances are everyone male between 18 and 21 will start misteriously failing one or two weeks before the new laws commence.

Doesnt bother me, I have a lisence allready, I will be one of the few P platers left driving a gtr
