Buying Rims Off E-bay?

Have been looking for some chrome rims through tempe, ozzytyres etc. and have just done a search on ebay. There seems to be a place or two in NSW that has chrome rims dirt cheap (18" Chrome with tyres, nuts etc. for $900 brand new). Just wondering whether anyone here has purchased any rims off there or know of anyone who has? If so has the product and service been good? Just notice these places stress you have to get your rims delivered, no pick-ups. Should you be worried about something like that? Any advice will be appreciated thanks.
