I would like to ad the reasons I went the microtech. which is the real question here.

First of all it is Australian made.

Backup support with their own forum http://www.microtechefi.com/

When I bought it, the pwfc was plentiful and highly recomended but I just didnt like the idea of buying something with no local backup

had a microtech on my s1 33 gtst actually was the first in adelaide to have their 'plug n play' setup. in short it was very poor as a daily driver, mostly cause it did not have enough adjustment for cold start idle up etc. but as alredy stated, fine for a race/weekend only car. oh yeah and definately agree that your tuner is EVERYTHING when dealing in aftermarket ecu. my choice PFC

First in Adelaide, very interesting. What date did get the Microtech installed? As I know another person with the 'first' S1 GTS25t LT12 install in Adelaide.

What about the ltx12 microtech inbuilt boost controller, who has used this? It would be better than using a bleed valve right?

I guess the ultimate would be a set wastegate spring, but how do you set up a switch to select high/low boost when using say 16psi wastegate spring, I guess the switch would turn on an electronic boost controller? Or could you set two different springs to switch mechanically on the wastegate?
