hard clutch

My clutch on my gts-t 33 is really hard compared to other cars and my friends have told me that its not a heavy duty or sports clutch does anyone know how i could make it softer....

How do they know it is not a H/D clutch?

mine IS a heavy duty clutch and it starts grabbing right at the floor.. HOW do i make it grab a little higher as it feels like its nearly crunching EVERY gear ?

My Skyline feels the same, Takes up very quickly but has quite a bit of slop up when its fully up. The only two things it can be from my experience is, the system not bled correctly or the rod that connects from the clutch to the master cyclinder requires adjustment to take out the slop.

RON-15H: My car has a stock clutch, and i learnt to drive manual on it so i don't think its that hard, however when i get in to drive my mates Volvo i nealy smash the pedal through the floor boards.

if you are used to other cars maybe it just feels hard, but thats how its suposed to be.
