Rb25 Vvt Head Vs Rb25 Non Vvt Head

does the 25 vvt head fflow as much as the non vvt head. My consern is that the non vvt inlet manifold looks more like the rb20 inlet manifold then a rb25 vvt manifold. are the inlet manifolds interchangeable.

also are the rods in the non turbo rb25 motor the same as the turbo motor.

The head flow difference is marginal. Its the vvt that is worth while.

The manifolds look the same but they are not as the r32 rb25de head has ~10mm over all wider ports, so all though they look the same on the outside the inside is different.

Manifolds r33 -> r32 are not interchangeable.

rods are the same i think
