Hey guys, about 3 months ago i got all 4 disc's machined with new pads fitted by a mechaic and within a week or so i began to notice a "clunk" sound from the front passenger side when i break firmly... it only happens under speeds of 50km/h... I took the wheel off and everything is tight and seems to be in place..

Any Ideas?

Regards,

Sarkis

Check the castor rod bushes. If they are original hydraulic, put something better in there. A polyurethane bush is enough (Do it properly and get the castor adjustable ones), dont have to go as far as adjustable rods.

pad knock? generaly heard at the speeds your talking and also generaly sounds like a deccently loud *knock* to fix try applying copper grease to the backing on the front pads. its caused by the pads mooving in the caliper mount. try that
