Anyone With Byron Bay Accommodation Contacts?

hey y'all

heading to the Blues and Roots fest in April, just sussing out some accommodation, and it's crazy!!

i think i could book a chair in a corner of a room, for 1 night, for about $580...

anywho... just wondering if anyone has any good Byron Bay contacts? rentable house/apartments? motel/hotel contacts?

I had a m8 which stayed up there, last year.

They rented a house for about $380 a week, the cost was shared between four people. which brought the cost down.

They contacted a local Real Easte Agent and rented the house for two weeks, while the owner were on holidays in Queensland.

Sorry for not being much help, but it is an alternative, rather than staying in a motel / hotel.

i contacted one real estate agent, and the cheapest was $2000 to sleep 6, for 1 week!!

me thinks they know the blues/roots festival is on
