It is time to sell my beloved GTR. It is in mint condition and mostly driven on wkends. The car was bought virtually stock. Not long after purchased a new HKS Twin Racing Exhaust which I have only seen it on one other GTR. The clutch was replace just over 6mths ago and oil is changed using Mobile 1 over 5000kms. A new set of Goodyear Eagle F1 (265/35/R18, $500each) tyres have been put on the rim and have only done about 200kms.

It has NEVER been boosted over stock boost (hence no boost controller) and ran a flat 13sec pass at willowbank (nearly ran 12.9 but i stuffed the launch). Lasted dynoed at Millennium Motorsport and got a reading of 215kW@all four wheels (not bad for a GTR thats virtually stock).

Series 3 GTRs are still rare in Australia. It comes with features like Xenon HID headlights as well as the last of and the strongest of the nissan 5 speed gearboxes with upgrade syncros from the factory.

The price im after is $35,000 But ono. Reasonable offers is very welcome and only serious buyers only please. Test drivers are welcome BUT must be over 25 (as my insurance does not cover under 25).

Recently got a compression test done and the results were 175 for all 6 cylenders..

I have decided to added the carbon Nismo Z-tune (copy) bonnet to the sale of the car.

Please note: in QLD the bonnet is could be illegal. I was booked and defected for it. My mate has a simular bonnet and has never been booked.

do you have log books?

and standard bumper and bonet?

 please let me know

Hi.

The car did not come with a log book and i did not keep one for each time i got a service for it sorry. It has been serviced (oil filter changes, timing belt) and modded (apexi airfilters, HKS exhaust, trust oil cooler, clutch, Top secret cam gears) at one workshop since I have had it and I can easily get you proof of the work from that workshop.

Sorry i dont have the stock bumper as the car was bought with the 400R 2 piece bumper. You can choose either the carbon fibre bonnet OR the stock aluminium bonnet. Reason being is my mate has that bonnet and would like to have a stock bonnet, so he is happy to swap his carbon bonnet for mine. But if the buyer wants the stock bonnet then they can have it.

Pls feel free to ask any more questions either here or via PM. Price offers are more then welcome uppon inspection/test drive.

Thanks.

    • Ha ha ha! I know those feels mate I've finally got the garage cleared enough that next weekend I'll do some actual work on my car (hopefully). Unfortunately garage isn't usable after 10am at the moment That said, I've done a lot of work this weekend on helping finalise a friend's Production Race car. Full started Christmas Eve. We're down to about 8 tasks on the list, including "get a wheel alignment". Sometimes it's just easier working on someone else's car or project than our own stuff 😛
    • Ha ha, ended up going it alone.  I just sent it (in a very nervous fashion).  Once I'd released the locks and it didn't automatically start spinning out of control i felt a bit more confident.   It made some loud sounds (cracking and creaking noises) when I first spun it which got the heart rate going again!  I couldn't bring myself to leave it tipped on the side.  I feel a bit more comfortable having back right side up while it sits there. I'd get angry with your last point but you're 100% correct! 😅 Even yesterday I managed to distract myself at numerous times to make a bracket to fit an LED flood light off the back of the house and fix my sons pushbike.  There were other little taks nibbling at my brain for the rest of the day too...
    • Probably one of the more nerve wracking experiences of my entire life! 😂😂 The balance (centre of gravity) is out still but in a direction that gives me comfort!   It's quite bottom heavy still meaning it takes a bit of muscle to rotate it.  The plus side of that is that it wants to to go back to upright.  Better that than wanting to go all stranded turtle on me!
    • hmmm that's not ideal. This is a pretty new engine right, will be interesting if your engine guy has any theories about causes
    • A universal ball joint removal c press kit is better money spent and will work for the Hicas ball joints.  Here's a 45$ CAD Example. ATPEAM Heavy Duty Ball Joint Press Kit with 4WD Adapters | Professional 4 in 1 Ball Joint Press Removal and Installation Tool for Cars and Trucks | Universal Ball Joint Tool with Storage Case, Ball Joint & Tie Rod Tools - Amazon Canada
