Rear Skyline Panel

Hey all, as you all know the rear panel that says SKYLINE on the r33's has a clear one on the series 1 and a painted one to match the color of the car for the series 2, i was just curious if i could get rid of the series 2 one on my car and put a clear one on, because i want to install the LED lights that illuminates the SKYLINE writing, also are you allowed to use white leds for this light, or must they be red?

I'm pretty sure that you can put a clear one on if you, want but I've never tried myself, only heard from other people.

You can put white LED's on if you want, but it's illegal, the only colour that you can legally do is red.
